The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation.
Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities, or other exchange-traded investments with similar economic characteristics in which it is permitted to invest, of companies with large market capitalizations. It will only invest in instruments that trade on a U.S. exchange contemporaneously with the fund's shares and, for temporary or defensive purposes, in cash and cash equivalents.
