GO Residential Real Estate Investment Trust is an internally managed, unincorporated, open-ended real estate investment trust. It was established pursuant to a declaration of trust as amended and restated as of July 31, 2025, under the laws of the Province of Ontario. The REIT is treated as a corporation for U.S. federal income tax purposes and is subject to tax as a (real estate investment trust) under Sections 856 through 860 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. The REIT was formed to provide investors with an opportunity to invest in luxury high-rise multifamily properties located in the New York metropolitan area and other major metropolitan areas in the United States. GO Residential Real Estate Investment Trust was established on June 13, 2025 and incorporated in Ontario, Canada.
