The investment seeks to track the investment results of the MSCI EMU 100% Hedged to USD Index composed of large- and mid-capitalization equities from developed market countries which use the euro as their official currency while mitigating exposure to fluctuations between the value of the euro and the U.S. dollar.
The fund will invest at least 80% of its assets in the component securities and other instruments of the index and in investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the component securities of the index and may invest up to 20% of its assets in certain futures, options and swap contracts, cash and cash equivalents.
