The investment seeks to track the performance, before fees and expenses, of the Salt Low truBeta US Market Index. The index is initially constructed of the 100 Eligible Components with the lowest Beta Variability score, equally-weighted, and subject to a maximum 30% of the number of constituents in the index being from a single sector. The advisor attempts to invest all, or substantially all, of its assets in the component securities that make up the index. At least 80% of the fund's total assets (exclusive of any collateral held from securities lending) will be invested in the component securities of the index. It is non-diversified.
