The m+ Nasdaq-100 Accelerator Autocall ETF is a non-diversified, actively managed fund seeking high monthly income with reduced downside risk. It gains exposure to the Barclays Nasdaq-100 Accelerator Autocallable Index through unfunded total return swaps instead of owning securities directly. The index reflects a laddered set of about 60 synthetic autocallable notes.
