Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amounts of any borrowings for investment purposes, in securities of U.S.-listed companies. Currently, the Advisor expects to invest a significant portion of its assets in the securities of companies in the consumer discretionary sector, although this may change from time to time. The fund is non-diversified.
