The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund ("ETF") that seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing in U.S. exchange listed equity securities, primarily consisting of common stock of large-, mid-, and small-capitalization U.S. companies, while hedging overall market exposure. Under normal circumstances, it invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities. The fund's investments focus on growth-oriented market sectors.
