The investment seeks to track the investment results of the NYSE® FactSet® U.S. Tech Breakthrough IndexTM. The fund seeks to track the investment results of the NYSE® FactSet® U.S. Tech Breakthrough IndexTM (the "underlying index"), which measures the performance of U.S. listed companies engaged in cutting edge research and development of products and services in the areas of robotics and artificial intelligence, cyber security, cloud and data tech, financial technology, and genomics and immunology. It generally will invest at least 90% of its assets in the component securities of the underlying index. The fund is non-diversified.
