The investment seeks to track the performance, before fees and expenses, of the LifeSci BioThreat Strategy Index (the “index”).
Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund’s total assets (exclusive of collateral held from securities lending) will be invested in the component securities of the index. The index is generally composed of U.S.-listed stocks of companies whose products or services help protect against, endure, or recover from biological threats to human health. It is non-diversified.
